Terms of Use

Effective October 26, 2026  ·  Last updated October 31, 2026

These terms apply to your use of tridentechnicalconsulting.com (the "site"), operated by Trident Technical Consulting ("Trident," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Information only, not a contract for services

Content on this site describes our services in general terms. It is not professional, legal, financial, or technical advice for your situation. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement, such as a services agreement and statement of work. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

Prices, examples, and results

Prices, timelines, examples, client results, and the outputs of any calculator on the site are estimates for illustration only. They are not a quote, a promise of savings, or professional advice. Actual pricing and scope are set in a written proposal. Results from past projects vary by client and do not guarantee similar results for you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Intellectual property

The site's text, design, logo, and other content belong to Trident or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own business evaluation, but you may not copy, modify, or republish the content without our written permission. Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in each client agreement.

Third-party links and services

The site may link to or use services operated by others, such as scheduling or video tools. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
